Processing Time

All of our items are custom-made and personalized to order.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.  This could be longer depending on size and availability of order.

During peak seasons or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.

🚫 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with photos so we can make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
